Are the artworks originals or prints?

All artworks listed are original charcoal drawings. I currently do not sell prints.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. I offer free worldwide shipping from Romania, with tracking included.

How are the artworks packed?

Each piece is placed between two wooden boards wrapped in protective film, ensuring the artwork stays perfectly flat and safe during transit.

How long does shipping take?

• Romania: 2–4 days
• EU: 5–10 days
• UK / US / International: 10–20 days, depending on destination.

Are the artworks framed?

No. I do not ship framed artworks, even upon request. This ensures the work arrives undamaged.

What materials do you use?

I work with natural charcoal, compressed charcoal, PanPastel, and charcoal pencils on professional, acid-free paper.

Do you accept commissions?

No. At the moment, I do not accept custom commissions.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards are accepted through secure Shopify payments.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Returns are accepted only if the artwork arrives damaged. If this happens, contact me within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
