Complimentary Worldwide Shipping

Every original artwork is shipped worldwide from Romania at no additional cost.

Premium Packaging

Each artwork is carefully sealed with professional fixative and protected with a sheet of acid-free glassine paper to prevent smudging.

The piece is then secured between two custom-cut wooden boards, tightly wrapped in protective film. This ensures the artwork stays perfectly flat and protected from bending, impact, humidity, or abrasion throughout transit.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Romania: 2–4 business days
• European Union: 5–10 business days
• United Kingdom, USA & International: 10–20 business days

A tracking number will be provided via email once your artwork has shipped.

 

Returns

Return Policy

All artworks are one-of-a-kind originals, therefore, returns are accepted only in the rare case of transit damage.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify me within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Photos of the artwork
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order number

After review, you will receive a full refund or a suitable replacement option if available.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, a full refund will be issued.

Customs & Import Fees

Original artworks typically incur low or no import fees. If your country applies customs duties, these are the buyer’s responsibility.
